隱私權政策

1. 我們不收集個人資訊

• 無帳號系統：不需要註冊或登入。
• 無雲端同步：不上傳遊戲進度到任何伺服器。
• 無追蹤分析：不使用任何分析、崩潰回報或廣告追蹤服務。
• 無廣告：遊戲內沒有廣告。
• 無社群功能：沒有聊天、好友或使用者產生內容。

2. 儲存在您裝置上的資料

以下資料只保存在您的裝置本地，開發者無法存取：

• 玩家暱稱：您在遊戲內自行輸入的稱呼，只用於遊戲畫面顯示。
• 遊戲進度：等級、經驗值、關卡紀錄、成就、貓條與毛線等遊戲內貨幣。
• 收藏與牌組：持有的卡牌、卡背、頭像與您編輯的牌組。
• 設定：音效、震動、減少動態與語言偏好。
• 購買紀錄：擴充包的平台交易識別碼，用於在本機恢復已購買的內容。
• 公告快取：最近一次下載的公告與已讀紀錄。

3. 網路連線

貓貓牌可以完全離線遊玩。遊戲只有以下網路行為：

• 公告下載：遊戲會定期以唯讀方式下載一份靜態公告檔案（https://meow.lukeverstopia.com/live.json），用來顯示遊戲內公告、全體贈禮與版本更新提示。此請求不附帶任何帳號或裝置識別碼；該檔案由 Cloudflare 代管，Cloudflare 可能依其政策保留標準伺服器連線紀錄（例如 IP 位址）。
• 購買驗證：由 Apple App Store（StoreKit）或 Steam 平台處理，見下一節。

4. 購買與付款

遊戲本體與節慶擴充包皆為一次性購買：

• iOS 版付款由 Apple App Store 處理；Steam 版由 Steam 處理。
• 我們無法存取您的 Apple ID、Steam 帳號、信用卡或任何付款資訊。
• 購買狀態由平台驗證後保存在本機；恢復購買使用平台提供的功能。
• 退款依 Apple 或 Steam 的退款政策辦理。

5. 資料安全

• 資料保存在遊戲的專屬儲存區，受作業系統保護。
• 刪除遊戲即可移除裝置上的所有資料；平台端的購買紀錄由 Apple 或 Steam 依其政策保存。

6. 第三方服務

貓貓牌不使用任何第三方分析、廣告、崩潰回報或追蹤服務。除 Apple App Store、Steam 與公告檔案代管（Cloudflare）外，沒有其他第三方服務會接收與您相關的資料。

7. 兒童隱私

貓貓牌的內容適合所有年齡層。由於我們不收集任何個人資訊，本遊戲不會儲存任何兒童的個人資料。

8. 您的權利

• 查看與修改：暱稱、牌組與設定都可以在遊戲內隨時修改。
• 刪除：刪除遊戲即可清除所有本地資料。

9. 國際資料傳輸

遊戲進度不會離開您的裝置。公告下載與購買驗證的網路通訊分別由 Cloudflare、Apple 與 Steam 處理，受各自的隱私權政策管轄。

10. 隱私權政策變更

如本政策有重大變更，我們會更新本頁並透過商店的版本說明通知您。

11. 加州居民權利（CCPA）與歐盟居民權利（GDPR）

由於貓貓牌不收集任何個人資訊、不建立使用者檔案、不進行跨網站追蹤，CCPA 和 GDPR 的大多數條款不適用。您的所有資料都在您的完全控制之下，可透過刪除遊戲移除。

Privacy Policy

1. Data we do not collect

• No account or sign-in is required.
• No cloud sync: progress is never uploaded to a server.
• No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking services.
• No chat, friends or user-generated content.

2. Data stored on your device only

• Player nickname you enter in the game, shown only on screen.
• Progress: level, XP, stage records, achievements and in-game currencies.
• Collection and decks: owned cards, card backs, avatars and the decks you build.
• Settings: sound, haptics, reduced motion and language.
• Purchase records: platform transaction identifiers used to restore purchased packs locally.
• Announcement cache: the most recently downloaded announcements and read markers.

3. Network access

The game is fully playable offline. Its only network activity is a read-only download of a static announcements file (https://meow.lukeverstopia.com/live.json) used for in-game news, gifts and update notices. The request carries no account or device identifier. The file is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) under its own policy. Purchase verification is handled by Apple or Steam as described below.

4. Purchases

The game and its festive packs are one-time purchases processed by the Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS or by Steam on PC. We never receive your Apple ID, Steam account, card or payment details. Refunds follow Apple's or Steam's policies.

5. Third parties, children and your rights

Apart from Apple, Steam and Cloudflare (announcement hosting), no third party receives data related to you. The game is suitable for all ages and stores no personal data of children. You can change your nickname, decks and settings in the game at any time, and deleting the game removes all local data.
